At ZetaOpt we are not in the business of selling hardware, software or hosted platforms. Our mission is to help clients with large IT footprints recover significant IT dollars within a short period of time. We do so by a process of holistic assessment, re-architecture and helping clients move from a fixed cost model to a variable cost model by potentially leveraging public clouds. In our assessment phase we develop baseline metrics, current-state architecture and contrast it with the to-be architecture. At the end of our assessment and architecture phase we are able to provide realistic future state metrics that will unambiguously quantify savings and improvements. Value realized is always objectively quantified and clearly articulated in terms of cost savings, availability/performance gains and the security and serviceability improvements that will be realized. Should clients also choose to use our implementation services we are happy to factor in target metrics into our pricing model. At the very onset we will work with your C-suite and develop a plan that is tuned to your custom value-drivers so that we are addressing what your senior leadership considers important.

We lower the cost barrier to entry for our clients. Our Architecture Services are low-cost and is usually a small fraction of the overall savings potential. Our Implementation and Migrations services are more cost effective than doing it all in-house—our experienced teams have done it many times before and they do not have any vested interest in resisting transformation. We have full faith in or ability to realize the savings and therefore we often will work with our clients based on a small upfront fee and share with our clients a percentage of the savings that are realized for the first 12 months.
